Overview
We are seeking multiple Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our team on a temporary basis for 2-3 weeks only. This is an excellent opportunity for native or fluent Dutch speakers who are looking for a short-term position to earn quick income.
As a Careline Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting consumers in the Benelux region affected by a specialised nutrition product recall. You will provide empathetic, accurate, and professional assistance to consumers via phone and email, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and written enquiries from Dutch-speaking consumers regarding the product recall.
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance tailored to individual needs.

- Arrange sample returns and resolutions in line with recall policies.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the consumer journey.

Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch (mandatory) - this is essential for the role.
