South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking factory-based bakery packers for a prominent national food manufacturer in Poole, Dorset. Immediate starts available. Shifts are rotating: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am with paid breaks. Overtime after 39 hours per week at 1.5x (£19.58 per hour).
Roles include packing, quality checks, and maintaining tidy work areas. PPE provided with own safety shoes required. No experience needed and full paid training will be given.
