We’re looking for a forward-thinking Business Applications Manager to lead the development, optimisation and continuous improvement of our business applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our digital transformation journey, helping to maximise the value of Dynamics 365 and emerging technologies across the organisation. Working at the centre of technology, you'll ensure our business applications continue to evolve in line with organisational priorities, delivering excellent experiences for both colleagues and customers.

WhatYou’llBe Doing

In this role,you'llbuild trusted relationships across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities,challengesand opportunities, translating these into practical system improvements and effective solutions.

You'lltake ownership of the Dynamics 365 roadmapand enhancement backlog, shaping futuredevelopmentsand ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with organisational needs. Using data, customer and user feedback and operational insight,you'llidentifysmarter ways of working that improve experiences, increaseadoptionand drive continuous improvement.

Working alongside technical teams and external partners,you'lloversee the design, development and delivery of enhancements and new functionality, ensuring solutions are well-designed, user-focused, integrated with wider business systems and successfully implemented.

You’ll also:

  • Lead the ongoing management,supportand continuous improvement of business applications
  • Use support trends, user insight and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Promote effective use of business applications through training, coaching and user engagement
  • Champion high-quality data management, integrity and governance practices
  • Ensure solutions remain compliant with GDPR and data governance requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and maximise business value
  • Support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working across the organisation

We're looking for a personable, strategic and customer-focused professional who can combine strong business applications expertise with a passion for continuous improvement.

You’ll be experienced in using data, customer and user feedback and operational insight to identify opportunities, improve processes and maximise the value of business systems. You'll understand how technology can support seamless end-to-end customer and colleague experiences and be able to translate business needs into practical solutions that align with organisational goals.

Equally important is your ability to lead change, build engagement and support users in adopting new ways of working, ensuring technology delivers lasting value across the organisation.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions, or equivalent experience managing other MS Dynamics solution components
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Experience gathering, analysing and acting on customer and user feedback to improve systems, services and experiences
  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for improving user and customer experiences
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms with wider business systems to support seamless end-to-end processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience driving continuous improvement through data, feedback and best practice
  • Experience leading training, user adoption and change management initiatives
  • Understanding of data management and GDPR requirements
