Are you highly organised and passionate about supporting work that makes a difference? LHCPG is looking for a Charities Liaison Coordinator to support our partner charities, Lifting Lives and Lintel Trust.

This is a varied role where you will help keep charity operations running smoothly, supporting governance, grant administration, reporting,eventsand stakeholder engagement.

About the role

As Charities Liaison Coordinator, you will provide practical administrative and coordination support across both charities, such ashelpingprepare trustee meeting papers,support grantprocessesandmaintainaccuraterecordstoassistwith impact reporting.

You will also be a key point of contact for charity-related enquiries and support the coordination of communications, events, fundraisingactivityand community benefit programmes.

This is a part-time role, working20hours per week.The successful candidate willbe requiredto travel to their nearest LHCPG office and attend trustee and team meetings as needed. As a result, you must live within a reasonable commuting distanceto your nearest LHCPG office.A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Whatyou’llbe doing

  • Support trustee and committee meetings, including agendas, papers,minutesand action tracking
  • Coordinate Small Grants Fund processes, including applications, monitoring,reportingand grant documentation
  • Maintain accurate charity, applicant and programme records
  • Support impact reporting by working with Social Value Advisors and other colleagues
  • Respond to charity-related enquiries and signpost applicants and stakeholders where needed
  • Support charity communications, events, fundraising activity and community benefit programmes

About you

We are looking for an organised, detail-focused individual who is confident working with a range of stakeholders. You will have proven administrative experience supporting charities and fundraising, with the ability to manage a varied workload, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly and produce reports. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other IT systems is also essential.
