A Day In The Life
In this role, you will be working as part of a team, building strong relationships with your colleagues and service users to establish individual wants, needs and interests of everyone you will be caring for. As a wellbeing coordinator you will lead in organising planned events throughout the year to fundraise, as well as establishing and maintaining connections with the local community. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities that meet all areas of need to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Sydney House is a residential care home in the village of Stalham, in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support.
