Salary: £14.74/hour, equivalent to £30,660.36 pro rata (based on a 40 hour working week)
Part Time, Term-time only: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm-8pm
Devon Norse works in collaboration with Devon County Council, partnering with a number of public and private sector clients across the South West to deliver a portfolio of commercial services.
We are currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Site Supervisor to operate at NHS St Edmunds as part of our commercial cleaning team.
Responsibilities:- Support the management of local cleaning contracts.
- Provide support to the on-site team with the review of operational performance against expected hygiene levels.
- Engage with client partners to develop relationships and understand required service levels.
- Provide solutions if the service is not being delivered.
- Be supported by the Area Manager and play an active role in the recruitment and development of staff across multiple sites.
- Experience within a commercial cleaning environment, ideally from both hands-on and supervisory perspectives.
- Proven ability to manage, lead and/or supervise staff across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in engaging with colleagues and clients.
- Good eye for detail, capable of upholding and improving contractual standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety in a cleaning environment.
This position is being offered on a Permanent, Part Time basis.
