A Day In The Life
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promote their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan. You will work as part of a team, build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, support wellbeing events and activities, and help promote a safe and engaging environment. You will respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
