Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Passenger Assistant to work in our depot based in Kings Lynn. You will work alongside the Minibus Driver to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey.
The role
As the Passenger Assistant you will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey. This is an essential service we operate across Norfolk. You will have hands on experience building relationships with our clients providing a caring tailored service to the local community. This is a physical role as you will often be required to lift wheelchairs and use ratchet straps to secure items in the minibus. This position is offering 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday working both the AM & PM school runs all year round.
