A Day In The Life
In this role, you will be working as part of a team, building strong relationships with your colleagues and service users to establish individual wants, needs and interests of everyone you will be caring for. As a wellbeing coordinator you will lead in organising planned events throughout the year to fundraise, as well as establishing and maintaining connections with the local community. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities that meet all areas of need to promote a safe and engaging environment.

About Mayflower Court
Mayflower Court is our modern purpose-built care home in Norwich, part of the Bowthorpe Care Village. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia. We pride ourselves on providing person‑centred dementia care, treating each person as an individual. Residents have their own furnished room, all with large en‑suite facilities. Other facilities include welcoming communal areas with large screen TV’s and sofas, quiet rooms and, within the wider Bowthorpe Care Village, a hairdressing salon, a library and a café. We also provide a varied programme of activities and events, helping our residents to be as involved as they wish.
We are proud to be part of the local Bowthorpe and West Norwich community, and welcome visitors to the home. We value the contribution that everyone at Norse Care makes to improving people’s lives.
