Norse Environmental Waste Services (NEWS) is the waste and refuse management function for Norse Group, providing a full collection service across the local region.
We are looking to recruit a Recycling Advisor for our centre in Norwich. In this role you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the day‑to‑day operations of the centre run smoothly and efficiently. This is a public‑facing role where you will engage with members of the public, advise on disposal of waste and ensure the site is always safe and tidy.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Able to follow instructions and communicate at all levels
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Have knowledge of waste recycling
- Have experience dealing with the general public
