Norse Group is currently looking to recruit a professional and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our business. This is a fixed term contract, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly
- Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively and appointments are coordinated efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, emails, and deliveries in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
- The successful candidate will present a smart, corporate, and professional image at all times, delivering an excellent standard of customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and colleagues.
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, courteous, and confident manner
- Strong telephone manner with the ability to handle enquiries calmly and efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
