Norse Cleaning Division is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join the team on a part time basis, covering maternity leave.

Part time – £12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Input data for completion of scheduled works
  • Resolve any pay queries and input data accordingly
  • Assist with health and safety compliance
  • Proactively monitor the progress of works and update our systems
  • Issue purchase orders for works required
  • Ensure all invoices are raised to clients when the works are completed
  • Respond to requests for information
  • Attend contract review meetings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous administration experience within a busy environment
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office

An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate; payment will be met by the employer.
