We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Groups Finance department based at our Head Office in Norwich. The role is full‑time, permanent, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is dependent on experience.

Reporting to Head of Finance, your role as a Business Partner will be to act as financial lead for your designated business areas. Supporting department directors and managers by providing financial insight through analysis of accounts and industry knowledge. You will be a visible part of the business units, contributing and supporting in the day to day running financially, from both a strategic and operational perspective. You will be expected to use this information to engage with multiple stakeholders and provide input into business strategy whilst mitigating potential risks.

Our Successful Candidate

  • Recognised finance and/or accounting qualification – ACCA, ACA or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a commercial finance position and within a business partnering role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of tailoring your presentation of information to your audience
  • Solution driven, capable of contributing to business planning through sound financial understanding, analysis and advice
  • Capable of working autonomously where required, as well as being able to collaborate in a team environment
  • Travel to other Norse Group Offices will be required, so a full UK driving licence is essential to meet the criteria of the role
