A Day In The Life:

  • As a Care Support Worker, you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
  • Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Ellacombe:

Ellacombe is our residential care home nestled in the Thorpe Hamlet area close to the centre of Norwich. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.
