Job Description

Care Team Leader – North Walsham You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the wider community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day‑to‑day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Benefits

  • £15.50 per day + enhancements + paid sickness scheme
  • Average 26 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours
  • £250 payable 3 months after successful mid‑term probation review and £250 payable after successful completion of the probation period
