Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
- Participate in wellbeing events and activities.
- Help promote a safe and engaging environment.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly.
- Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
