Salary: £13.81 per hour (Days) plus enhancements.

Hours: 18.5 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours, up to 21.25 hours per week.

Location: Rose Meadow residential care home, North Walsham, North Norfolk.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Participate in wellbeing events and activities.
  • Help promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly.
  • Communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
