Care Support Worker – Lloyd Court, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6AE

£13.56 per hour (Nights) + enhancements

22 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Shift Patterns - 20:00-07:30 including weekends

About Lloyd Court

Lloyd Court is a housing with care scheme in Holt, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing. The flats are self-contained and allow the service users to live as independently as possible.

A Day In The Life

As a Care Support Worker at Lloyd Court you will assist with personal care and general support tasks across our self-contained flats and community areas. Enabling our service users to live comfortably, whilst promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of the Lloyd Court team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users. Participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment for all residents.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
