Care Support Worker – Downham Market £13.56 per hour + enhancements. Casual contract with flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday. Shift patterns: 07:00‑14:30 or 14:30‑21:30.

Day In The Life

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate in and support wellbeing events and activities, and help promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About High Haven

High Haven is our care home at the heart of the Downham Market community in West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
