Care Support Worker – Downham Market
- £13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements
- £14.06 per hour (Nights) + enhancements
- 26.38 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours
- Shift patterns – 0730‑1430 / 1430‑2130. Option to do 2130‑0730 shifts.
A Day In The Life
As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan. Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with colleagues and the service users, participate in and support wellbeing events and activities, and help to promote a safe and engaging environment. Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
