A Day in the Life
- You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals.
- With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day‑to‑day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
- Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do; it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care.
- You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person‑centred care plan.
