You will be supporting all aspects of the catering service including ensuring completion of the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of our nutritious food and beverage outlets to students and staff while complying with food hygiene, Health and Safety and QA procedures. This customer facing role will provide you with great exposure to all aspects of the catering environment with lots of opportunities to learn and develop your skills within the industry. As well as:
- Setting up the hall before service
- Serving lunches to customers
- Clearing tables and cleaning the dining area after service
- Assisting with general catering duties as required
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and customer service

We will expect you to demonstrate:
- Previous catering experience or willing to be trained in your new role.
