Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 1:30pm (term‑time only)

We are South West Norse, delivering catering, cleaning and facilities management services in partnership with Devon County Council.

The Role

You will support all aspects of the catering service, ensuring the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of nutritious food and beverage outlets to students and staff. The role involves complying with food hygiene, Health & Safety and QA procedures. This customer‑facing role offers exposure to the entire catering environment and opportunities for learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, present and serve food and beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health & Safety and QA procedures.
  • Provide friendly and polite customer service.
