Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices and promote their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate in and support wellbeing events and activities, and help promote a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Rose Meadow is our residential care home in North Walsham, North Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support.
