Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices and promote their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plans.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participate in and support wellbeing events and activities, and help promote a safe and engaging environment.
- Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
