Location: Launceston, Devon - PL15 9SD.

Position: Caretaker – Permanent, Part‑time.

Hours: 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:45pm – 7:15pm.

Rate: £14.53 per hour (pro rata £30,227.31 for full‑time).

Role Duties

  • Work on‑site under an area supervisor, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards.
  • Responsible for equipment and products used in the role, including inventory and safe storage.

Your Experience

  • Capable of delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with the client.
  • Comfortable engaging with members of the public.
  • Any knowledge of health & safety guidelines relevant to the role would be an advantage.
