Overview: Norse Group is one of the largest commercial service providers in the UK. Our cleaning division supports local schools, public buildings and businesses with specialist hygiene services, prioritising a high standard of service delivery.

Position: Mobile Caretaker – Buxton, Derbyshire – £25,798.24 per week, full‑time permanent, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organised state of the allocated areas and ensure premises and contents are properly maintained, secured and ready for use.
  • Work across High Peak and occasionally Staffordshire Moorlands, including public buildings, offices and public toilets.
  • Operate a company vehicle and work Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duties.
  • Work independently, taking initiative and maintaining a clean environment for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with clients on‑site.
  • Confidence working independently and with initiative.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence – vehicle provided for work use only.
