Cleaner – Wates Group (Maternity Cover)

Join our team as a part‑time cleaner. You’ll work 6 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:45pm to 2:45pm. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail‑oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, organised spaces and works well independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and rooms, including dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Empty bins, clean restrooms and ensure sanitation stations are fully stocked.
• Build relationships with clients on site.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate

We will ideally look for someone with prior cleaning or caretaking experience. The successful candidate will also have:

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with clients on‑site.
• Confidence working independently and taking initiative.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
