We invite you to join our team as a Borough Engagement Manager (Band 7) and play a pivotal role in shaping how we listen to and work alongside our communities. As part of our Communications and Engagement team, you’ll lead strategic partnerships across South West London – bringing together local authorities, community organisations, and residents to tackle health inequalities and drive real change. You’ll be at the heart of the South London Listens programme, helping to deliver impactful, community‑led initiatives such as Be Well which support prevention, connection, and early intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic stakeholder engagement and partnership development across South West London boroughs
  • Manage key projects and shape engagement strategies to ensure voices from all communities are heard and acted upon
  • Represent the Trust across diverse forums and influence the delivery of the South London Listens (SLL) programme
  • Oversee the delivery of borough‑based projects and support the rollout of the Be Well initiative in line with agreed KPIs
  • Analyse stakeholder insights and turn them into actionable plans for programme improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies, procedures and guidelines, including Equal Opportunities and Confidentiality of Information
  • Report health and safety concerns and follow the advice given by Manager(s) to maintain a safe working environment

Location

Based at Tolworth Hospital. Frequent travel to community sites across six South West London boroughs is required.

Employment Status

Fixed‑term post for 12 months, with a possibility of extension.
