We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic consultant psychiatrist to join our CAMHS team in Kingston. The postholder will join 12 CAMHS Consultants within the Trust Service Line. This post is offered as an 8PA substantive post in the Kingston Tier 3 CAMH service and ADHD clinic. This post has become available due to a resignation.
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Directorate of Southwest London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust is a wellâestablished provider of mental health services to the boroughs of Richmond, Sutton, Kingston, Merton and Wandsworth.

The team has access to trust wide services such as the DBT group program, eating disorder service, emergency services covering the 3 acute hospitals served by the Trust and a Learning Disability Service together with a Deaf Service and a Neurodevelopmental Team.
Role Focus
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, mature service to provide both medical and psychological treatment for individuals and families with severe mental health needs and neurodevelopmental needs. There will also be opportunities for the post holder to lead on service development in line with Trust principles and governed by national standards. The post is within a multidisciplinary team providing a community service and has close links with local authority, education, and the wider borough structure. The post holder will be joining a skilled, motivated, and innovative multidisciplinary team committed to continual learning and development and will be offered excellent CPD opportunities.
