The South West Heritage Trust is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Leadership Team, and wider organisation. This pivotal role is key to maintaining organisational efficiency, facilitating communication, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing schedules, organising meetings and preparing documents for senior leadership
  • Drafting, proofreading, and refining correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Coordinating multiple tasks and projects while balancing priorities
  • Facilitating meetings, including those with trustees and following up on relevant actions
  • Organising travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO and Leadership Team
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of internal and external events
  • Acting as a liaison for key stakeholders, including donors and community partners
  • Managing customer and membership data with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Supporting the administration of the Trust’s Supporters Scheme and volunteering programme
