The South West Heritage Trust wishes to appoint an experienced evaluation consultant to develop an Evaluation Plan to support its National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) Second Round grant application for a nationally important heritage landscape project and to undertake an evaluation of the project development phase. Submission of the NLHF delivery grant application is targeted for November 2026.

Subject to satisfactory performance and the successful award of the NLHF delivery grant, the appointment will be extended to provide evaluation consultancy services for the delivery phase of the project.

Terms and Timescale

  • Contract type: Freelance assignment
  • Budget/Fee: Development Phase: up to £7,500 exclusive of VAT
  • Delivery Phase: up to £20,000 exclusive of VAT
  • Location: Somerset

Applicants must be available to commence the assignment immediately after appointment.
