TRAIN is seeking a Didcot Mentoring Lead to deliver consistent 1:1 and group mentoring for young people across Didcot's secondary and primary schools. The role focuses on early intervention, goal-setting, healthy relationships, and educational engagement.
You will build rapport with young people through informal education and voluntary engagement, working with schools and stakeholders, including outreach and community work. The post may be four or five days per week, with evening involvement.
