The Winchester Beacon is seeking a part-time Facilities Manager (0.6 FTE) to oversee maintenance, safety and functionality of our main site and off-site residences. Based in Winchester with hybrid work options, you will coordinate repairs, manage contractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
You will also maintain records, monitor budgets for facilities, and collaborate with staff to provide a safe, welcoming environment for residents experiencing homelessness.
