South West Community Chaplaincy is hiring a Service Manager for Wigan Crisis Space to lead a small staff team and shape a new out-of-hours mental health support service. You will oversee two Team Leaders and coordinate with partners to deliver a compassionate, safe service for adults in distress.
The role requires strong management experience in health or social care, a commitment to inclusion, and the ability to work a 3pm–10pm rota across weekdays and weekends.
