The Shakespeare Hospice is seeking an experienced HR & Volunteer Manager to join our People & Workforce Team. You will modernise people processes, enhance our volunteer programme and strengthen our position as an employer and volunteer organisation of choice within our community.

Reporting to the Head of People & Workforce, you will deliver professional HR support across the Hospice while developing the volunteer side and ensuring a positive, compliant, and engaging experience for staff.
