Feel Good Coffee House in Tooting is seeking an experienced Site Lead to take ownership of our new coffee shop. This role blends your passion for great coffee and hospitality with creating opportunities for young people to thrive.
You will run the day-to-day operations, support and develop our supervisors, maintain high standards and grow sales. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37.5-hour week and 33 days leave per year.
