Tinnitus UK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our senior leadership team and help shape the charity’s future. You will work with the CEO, Trustees and colleagues to implement robust systems, financial oversight, governance, and scalable processes across the organisation.
You will lead a small team, manage relationships with external partners, and drive organisational improvement, risk management and change initiatives to support our mission and people affected by tinnitus.
