South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking a Senior Youth Inclusion Officer to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Future Voices Group, ensuring young people's voices shape our work.
You will collaborate across the organisation to help teams work with young people, influence policymakers, and improve services through youth voice approaches. Regular evening sessions and occasional weekend commitments are required. The role operates on a hybrid pattern: two days in the office and three at home.
