About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Insight Analyst to be the lead analyst and data product owner dedicated to our Support and Influencing directorate. You’ll develop high-quality reporting, analysis and data products that help colleagues understand service performance, improve access and equity, and demonstrate the impact of our services, policy and influencing work.

Working across the Data team and closely with Support and Influencing colleagues, you’ll lead the development of consistent data collection processes, KPI definitions and analytical frameworks. You’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports service design, strategic planning, evaluation, partnerships and decision-making across the charity.

About you

You’ll bring extensive experience in data analysis and BI development, with a strong track record of leading end-to-end reporting and analysis in complex organisations. You’ll be confident working with multiple datasets and data sources, developing reporting and analytics roadmaps with stakeholders, and presenting findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

You’ll have strong skills in SQL and Excel, alongside experience using BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar. You’ll be a collaborative problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity, build trusted relationships, champion data quality and help others feel confident using data and insight to improve services and outcomes.
