St Mungo's in Reading is seeking two Complex Caseworkers to join our Rough Sleeper team. You will provide intensive support to people with complex needs experiencing homelessness and help them transition from street living into sustainable accommodation.
You will work with the Rough Sleeper Navigator Coordinator and Outreach team, advocating for clients and building partnerships across services to sustain recovery and tenancy. Flexible hours may be required to support the team through SWEP.
