Shannon Trust is recruiting a Reading Strategy Coordinator for HMP Whatton.

The role leads the delivery and implementation of the prison-wide reading strategy, working with the prison, staff, volunteers and mentors to maximise opportunities for prisoners to learn to read and enjoy reading.

Ideally you will have experience of prison settings and the personal qualities to build relationships with resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
