We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail oriented Programme Administrator to provide essential administrative support across our programme delivery teams.
At MYTIME Young Carers, no two days will be the same. Working closely with Programme Managers and alongside the Data Administrator, you will help ensure our programmes run smoothly and efficiently by managing data, coordinating communications, supporting events, maintaining records and responding to enquiries from young carers, families, schools and partner organisations. This role requires someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working in a busy environment, can confidently use a range of IT systems and is committed to delivering excellent support to colleagues and stakeholders. You will play an important role in helping young carers access the services and opportunities they need to thrive. Our culture is built on compassion, tenacity, collaboration, authenticity and accountability.
We are looking for someone who shares these values and wants to make a meaningful difference to the lives of young carers.
