Our Data & Insights team at Diabetes UK empowers the organisation to make informed, impactful decisions that improve outcomes for people living with diabetes and ensure we generate sustainable income to fund it.
As product owners of a new CRM system and data hub we are also guardians of our customer data (donors and people at risk of or living with diabetes).
Working within our Data & Insight team, you’ll play a key role in measuring and evaluating digital performance across our growing digital ecosystem.
You’ll analyse user behaviour, identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and commercially minded analyst who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration.
