You will be patient, adaptable and resourceful, with the confidence to work independently in a busy hospital environment while building strong relationships with a range of people.
You will understand that every intern is different and be able to adapt your approach to meet individual needs, providing the right level of support while encouraging independence and celebrating progress.
You will ideally have

- An understanding of autism and inclusive employment practices, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with interns, hospital staff, families and colleagues.
