Cruse is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to develop and grow all areas of individual giving—committed gifts, cash appeals, legacy gifts, and in memoriam gifts. The role will build out the individual giving function with integrated cross-team planning between donor engagement, events, campaigns, and brand teams.
The role sits within the Voluntary Income Team and will drive development of acquisition and retention channels to improve the overall supporter experience and income.
