About You

You will be an experienced and approachable HR professional with practical experience across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policies, people systems and workforce development. You will be confident supporting managers and employees, providing clear and proportionate HR advice, knowing when issues require escalation, and helping ensure good employment practice across REN, HHU and the Bhip team. You will be organised, adaptable and comfortable working across the partnership and a developing programme, building effective relationships while recognising the different responsibilities of each employer. You will also be willing to use your wider people, organisational and operational skills to support agreed priorities where capacity allows.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to provide a shared HR and people resource across REN and HHU, supporting both organisations and their joint delivery of the Bhip, as the partnership and its workforce grows and develops. As a two-day-a-week role, the post also provides scope to contribute your wider skills to people development, organisational systems and agreed operational priorities where HR capacity allows, giving you a varied role while maintaining HR and people support as its core purpose.
