£20,010.00 per annum, working 26 hours per week.

Working pattern: 2 x 13 hour shifts per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Available for Friday team meetings.

What you'll do:

  • Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Work proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities.
  • Conduct key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging to achieve individual goals.
  • Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers in an attitude of positive risk taking.
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support customers to independent living (e.g., budgeting, cooking, establishing a night time routine).
  • Support customers to maintain a healthy environment and, where appropriate, assist them to clean their accommodation and maintain good personal hygiene.
  • Assist in the recording and reporting of customer incidents.
  • Manage customer referrals, complete assessments and obtain and maintain all relevant paperwork.
