We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to take ownership of the charity's CRM system, Beacon, ensuring data is accurate, secure, compliant and accessible. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, particularly the Programme Administrator, Programme Managers and Social Impact Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing data management processes, supporting colleagues to use Beacon effectively, and producing insights and reports that help inform service delivery and organisational decision-making. You will play a key role in ensuring all participant, programme, safeguarding and organisational records are maintained to a high standard and in line with relevant legislation, policies and procedures. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, confidence working with databases and systems, and a passion for using data to improve outcomes for young carers.

Our culture is built on compassion, tenacity, collaboration, authenticity and accountability. We are looking for someone who shares these values and is committed to helping MYTIME deliver meaningful impact through high-quality data and information management.
