Ambitious about Autism is seeking a dedicated Follow-on Job Coach to support autistic graduates from our Supported Internship programmes at Amazon Crawley and Chartwells at the University of Sussex in Falmer, near Brighton.
You will provide tailored one-to-one coaching to help graduates move into paid employment, assist with job searching, applications and interview preparation, and deliver ongoing in-work coaching to build independence and workplace skills with employers.
