Essential Skills
- Manual Turning & Milling
- Hand Fitting & Bench Skills (marking out, drilling, tapping, assembly)
Desirable
- CNC Milling / Turning
- TAQA / CAVA (or equivalent, on the job training available)
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (on the job training available)

- Deliver engaging workshop-based learning
- Assess learner progress and provide clear feedback
- Support learners through tailored learning programmes
- Maintain high standards in Health & Safety, Safeguarding and Quality
