We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join Xylem as a Finance Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and build the skills needed for a long‑term career in finance.
Responsibilities
- Mailbox management
- Downloading supplier invoices from portals
- Processing high volumes of invoices through several ERP systems
- Weekly payment run checks
- Handling general accounting and supplier queries
- Processing data requests
- Providing administrative support
- Supporting the wider finance team with monthly reporting requirements
Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs 9-4 (A-C) including Maths and English
- A Level or equivalent in Maths or Finance is desirable
- A strong academic background
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a hybrid environment

Job Details
- Hours: 37.25 per week
- Shift: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm with ½ hour unpaid lunch
- Hourly Pay: £8.29 per hour
- Weekly Pay: £308.80 per week
